The hotel was built in 1956 and renovated in 2002 and consists of a total of 90 rooms on 6 floors. There is a garden, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a café, a bar, a nightclub, a TV room and a tennis court available for use. The air-conditioned buffet restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request.The restaurant offers three kind of thematics dinners per week. The conference room and Internet access are available for guests on business. The hotel has car parking facilities and a garage. Room service and laundry service are both available as is medical assistance.

"Good location"
Hotel is somewhat dated but the bedrooms are of a good size comfortable and clean but you need to ensure you have a front seaview room. We are a middle aged discerning professional couple who want reasonable comfort , good food and a decent pool and beach. The hotel certainly delivers in this respect The resort is small with a few shops and cafe/resturantsand quite busy with Spanish families on the beach Mainly older brits in Hotel in early September and little going on after supper. Food was extensive buffee style and good quality . In our view a very good value for money hotel for someone looking for a small old fashioned beach resort for sun bathing and swiming in the sea in a lovely cove.Perhaps a week is ideal.

"A beautiful quiet place in Majorca."
I have just returned from two very good weeks in Calle San Vincenc. The hotel, which has been built for about forty years is well placed in the small village. It has prime position in Molins bay, which is the best bay of four small bays in this quiet resort. Our stay was in a very comfortable room with a good balcony that overlooked the sea. It was kept spotlessly clean and serviced early in the morning each day. There were the usual facilites; en suite, air con, TV and mini bar. There were sufficient draws and wardrobe space. The restaurant was good an the food was excellent, the chef taking great pride in it's production. Restaurant staff were friendly and competent. Not too numerous but as there is a buffet service it is up to the individual to decide how quickly or slowly a meal is eaten. There are bars in the hotel for daytime and evening use, together with an outdoor terrace that is pleasant for the whole of the day and evening. The pool is quite large but very deep for much of the area. Just over the road is the local"blue flag"beach, it is possible to walk from one to the other in seconds. The reception and ant its staff were excellent. They were friendly and kind and could not do enough for you. The downsides, on our sole day of rain, the cushions on the terrace were not taken in making them unusable for 23/36 hours.The hotel provides pool towels which are fine, however, these may only be changed twice a weel between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesdays and Fridays only. The hotel's customers are mainly in the older age bracket. On my visit I lost count of the number of times I was asked how many times had I visited the hotel (it was my first). Many of the guests had been to the hotel very many times previously. I would not recommend the hotel for young children. The hotel does not permit children of less than six years into the pool, there is no childrens pool. For young adults there are no humming, swinging bars or clubs in the village. Puerto Pollecia, a short taxi ride away probably has those, but I did not seek them out. Travel from the airport to the hotel by taxi does not take more than about 45 minutes. There is a fair bus service from Calle San Vincenc, which enables you to travel all around the Island of Majorca. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I hope to visit it again in the not too distant future.

"A very relaxing time"
We wanted a hotel that could offer four star comfort in a quiet location. The Hotel Molins did not disappoint. Although from the 1960's genre of Spanish hotel design we found the Molins to be welcoming with good size, clean bedrooms. Most have baclonies and sea-views. The room had a large bathroom. Overall housekeeping standards were very high. Our reservation was on a bed-and-breakfast basis as we prefer to try different restaurants during our stay. The breakfast selection was extensive. The hotel has a pool-side bar and plenty of sun-loungers but if you prefer the small Cala Molins beach is accessible down a few steps. The hotel has its own beach side bar and snack bar but these can get busy as they are used by other visitors to the cove. Cala San Vicenc is a tiny resort and despite the hotel providing live music on some nights there is little for those who want a livelier spot. This, though, all helped the restful ambiance of the place. It appeared the hotel catered for a wide age range and many different nationalities. Within an easy drive is the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa and also the village of Pollensa. Each offers a selection of excellent restaurants. When we drove up to the hotel there was a porter immediately on hand to help us with our luggage and there is plenty of parking (public) within 20 metres of the hotel's entrance. All told the hotel delivered exactly what we required - comfort, cleanliness, friendly service and a restful atmosphere
