"Great place - highly recommended"
My wife and I spent a week here at the end of January and have nothing but praise for the hotel and the resort of Playa Blanca. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff very welcoming and courteous and the pool / gardens area is beautiful. We stayed half board. The food is as you would expect, but well cooked and with enough variety for anyone. The resort is clean, free from litter and clutter, and has a good variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. If you're looking for a quiet holiday, with no noisy discos & bars filled with teenagers, and almost guaranteed good weather - go here!

"Good Value for Money"
We booked board only - no meals. This was fine. We chose which restaurant we wanted to go to for lunch & dinner and made our own breakfast. There is na supermarket opposite the entrance to the hotel which is handy. We found the pool a bit chilly in February (said to be heated) but we swam nevertheless. We found the rooms nice but a noisy young German family in the floor above ours was a bit irritating the first couple of nights. After that they were replaced by a older quiter German couple. We hired a car for most of our 10 day holiday but the hotel is not far from the centre of Playa Blanca. We watched the entertainment a few evenings and thought it was quite good.

"Excellent value!"
Just returned from our first visit to Lanzarote and the Bahia Blanca Rock. We stayed room only as we are vegetarian and wouldnt be sure of what we were likely to get from the half board option. We were pleasantly surprised with the service ,frequent towel and linen changes and excellent maid service. Our only faults were the charge to use the room safe and the notion that if you have kids in a hotel you need to shout and play music around the pool. (When we were there the were very few children so the hotel staff put on the afternoon entertainment for?) Overall very good with an excellent position for central Playa Blanca.
