"Really lovely hotel and location"
The hotel was most excellent offering us everything we could imagine and want! The room was a nice size and the decor was modern and friendly. The public areas where really good too with the pool area, restaurants and bar areas all being clean, elegant and effecient.
The food offered in the morning and evening is briliant and very tasty - the displays they do some days are fantastic (we were there over valentines day and the puddings were shapped in big hearts and there were chochlate arrows etc etc - plus every lady was given a rose on entrance to the restaurant - a nice touch!)
All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is nice too if your looking for a relaxing and quiet time - although there are always taxis outside the hotel that can take you to the big town near by. The hotel shuttle bus to Faro where the Sand-dunes start was good too and there are some nice shops there as well.
All in all a brilliant holiday!

"Very Good Hotel"
I got back from Maspalomas yesterday and wish i was still there!! This hotel is a lovely place to stay the reception staff are faultless and speak very good English. The only trouble with this hotel is the size IT IS HUGE!! Unfortunately they don’t provide a map when you check in. Although this sounds a bit silly it would be extremely helpful as I got lost several times trying to look around for restaurants and pools and lord help you if you find yourself in the wrong wing of the hotel, you have to start all over again at reception to get back. The food is plentiful and varied you will definitely find what you are looking for but perhaps not the best quality that you would find if you wonder off out of the hotel to some of the very nice restaurants on their beach front.

"Very enjoyable"
Just spent our first week at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Whilst it probably wouldn't rate 5 stars in this country, the setting, the cleanliness, the food and the staff were all first class. Our room was also under the pool terrace but we weren't woken by any noise.
