Excellent hotel
This is an excellent little hotel in a very good location in a narrow lane-way in the old quarter just north of the lake. We really like the location. The staff is extremely helpful. We stayed at this hotel for a total of 11 days. Highly recommended.

Great value on every level
Every aspect of my stay was superb. Excellent, excellent service and hospitality makes it shine. The hotel: modern, boutique style: beautifully designed and clean to a fault. Free internet access in the lobby and in the rooms. It has the best, simple alarm clock I've had in all of Vietnam! Location: in the heart of Old Quarter, near the Lake and within walking distance of just about everything you'd want to do in that part of Hanoi. Service and amenities : Great breakfast (included); dry cleaning returned the same day in impeccable condition; timely room service delivered from local restaurants; good local coffee in room. I could not be more pleased with how gracious and accomodating the staff was in helping me plan and execute some free time I had in Hanoi. Nothing I asked of them was too difficult. Plus, they made my stay really fun! I was treated like long-returning guest with genuine warmth and consideration. I will stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to any future visitors.
