"Quality Hotel"
We stayed at this Hotel on the last night of a 2 week holiday touring Ireland. We booked the room through a hotel finder website, and did it well in advance. When we arrived we were given a Tower Suite with the biggest, most comfortable htoel bed we have ever slept in.
On the night we stayed there was a large function taking place and a coach party in. We were advised, on checking in, that dining early (6.45pm) would be a good idea. The food was excellent and the service 2nd to none.
The staff were attentive and helpful. Despite the large number of people in the hotel bar we had no difficulty getting served. The setting is delightful.
I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and we would certainly stop there again.

"What a stunning view!"
My husband and I attended a wedding at the Ballygally Castle in May 2006. The wedding was at 1 00 pm and it was no bother to the staff to arrange an early check-in. The staff arranged transport into Larne and nothing was too much bother. Our room had a front sea view. Wow!! Absolutely stunning. The food was excellent and plentiful. The bathroom was a good size with a great power shower. The bed was really big and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great selection of full english breakfast, cereals, pastries, fresh juices, prunes, fruit salad, tea, coffee and toast. The gardens were beautiful and a great setting for the wedding pictures. Altogether a great experience.
