"loved l'hermitage" Stayed at L'Hermitage for a conference and have to say that they did a superb job. The rooms were clean and comfortable with stunning views of the enormous beach. For a 5 star they may be a little tired and the baths a little small. My shower was powerful but had no holder and I had to hold it. However the breakfast was excellent and the hotel not crowded. The staff were superb without being intrusive. The food was outstanding and there is a seawater pool in front which was lovely to lie at. There is also an indoor pool in case its too hot or cold. The week we were there it was 35 degrees. The hotel is right on the beach which was deserted and enormous. Would go back tomorrow with my family.
