"Fanstastic Value for Money" We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in November in a double room. The hotel is definitely 4 star standard. It is located in a nice,safe and quiet neighbourhood, which I found great as some hotels in Barcelona can be quite noisy. The room was a standard size. The beds were extremely comfortable due to the good quality linen used. The bathroom was very nice with lovely toiletries. There are english and german TV channels, along with the usual spanish channels. There is a metro station just around the corner which takes you straight to Placa Catalunya within 10 minutes. You can buy a 10 ride ticket for 6.40 EUR which I found good value in comparison with other European cities. The breakfast is not included in most offers but you can purchase it for 13 EURO at the hotel. However we chose a small bakery next to the Metro station as our breakfast option. They had delicious breads on offer. The quiches were to die for. We had a car which cost 13 euros for 24 hours parking. The parking was very safe. If you are lucky, you can find a parking space outside the hotel for free. The hotel was very accommodating for letting us park in the hotel garage for longer then 24 hours on the last day for free. On our arrival we had dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food was of very good standard. However due to the large amount of fantastic restaurants and tapas bars it is probably recommended to dine in town. I found the hotel staff extremely helpful and accommodating. They dealt with all our queries and questions very efficiently. I recommend checking several website for the best prices. We got a double room for 53 euro, which is very cheap for Barcelona. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. When I go back I will stay there again.
