"Lovely staff etc,"
15th oct 06, Went to the "Palace Hotel, Palma Nova, well,, i have read some of the comment`s on here and quite honestly i dont give support to any of the complaint`s, we stayed for a week,, wish it had been 2, it was brilliant,, from reception/booking in etc, to general staff, the waiters were excellent, the cleaners obliging too,, oh and the food is something else,, absolutely magnificent, if it failed to please,, well you must have been ill ,,???, and the entertainment we saw was worth staying in for, as for the 3,4,5 star thing,, i personally dont no what you expect, this hotel was absolutely spotless, my only gripe was the bingo in 3 langauges, that did my head in, LOL., As for the sun bed rush,, they cured that problem by having a guy out there hoseing the pool area down from 7 til9am, ensureing they wereall ringing wet, and not laid out,ah ah ah,,, Give it a try, you wont be dissapointed with this hotel.

Fabulous 4* all inclusive hotel ( no children allowed ).Everything a 4* hotel should be - excellent food ,pleasant staff throughout the hotel,top marks for cleanliness .Day and night entertainment, Beatrice is the best animacion leader we have seen in our many trips to Spain,if you go join in the fun and games! Spanish guests very friendly if you make the effort to speak to them,even if it is only HOLA !
