This hotel is located on the south side of the new city, around 200 m away from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The centre of Nice, with a vast array of shopping facilities and entertainment venues, is just 1 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport may be found 50 m away and the airport lies around 8 km from the centre.

This city hotel is spread over 8 floors and comprises 38 guest rooms, of which 3 are suites. In addition to a lobby area, this hotel offers its guests a lift, a 24-hour reception and a snug bar. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities as well as the Internet access (for an additional fee) and laundry and room services (charges apply to both). There is a bicycle hire service and garage parking (charges apply) is also available for those arriving by car.From the airport: a shuttle bus takes guests to the Stopp Gambetta. From here they may either walk to the hotel or take a 15-minute taxi ride. From Nice Ville station: walk 900 m on the right hand side of the Avenue Gambetta, towards the ''Promenade des Anglais''.
