"Excellent hotel: good price and quality" I stayed already various times in this hotel that was opened at the end of 2005. The interior is very trendy, clean, quiet and the hotel is situated in the heart of the business district of Madrid (Salamanca). Business people that do not want to spend time in boring, old fashioned hotels and that do not want to pay too much for high quality hotels, defenitely need to see this hotel. The Hi Tech hotel group has several hotels throughout Madrid, but this new hotel is defenitely above the standard of the other HT hotels in town.

"A Design Hotel with good rates" Design. Original. Clean. Comfortable. This is a hotel I would recommend to all aside for families who have kids... because the dark hallways with the neon lights are a little spooky. Other than that. Its a perfect 9 for a hotel. I never give a ten unless I stay at the Four Seasons on some Island or something (which I never did and probably might never do). This hotel is truly excellent for the price. Nothing more to say.

"Very clean and in a posh side" Me nad my family stayed there over new year 2006/2007. It is very clean. The restaurant is expensive but there is a supermarket round the corner. I liked the fact that is situated away from the action of Del Sol. Posh shops are next street away. There is not much going on in the hotel but for me it did the trick as it was very clean. Staff was helpful. U can walk a bit to Del SOl but the bus stop is just there. They have 2 computers in the lobby that u can use.The lift broke down and was repaired in no time.The hotel is almost opposite El Corte. If u r lucky enough u can bump into Posh Spice shopping next street. . We booked a room for a family of 4 but had our 3 year old as the 5th guest. U cannot really ask for much. The hallway leading to bedrooms could do with more light. Definitely recommend it and I would go back there. We were given small hampers on new year eve. It would be complete and excellent if breakfast is included. If u are expecting a visitor to come to your room, have your shower and other business as the doors of the bathroom are transparent glasses.

A real find The High Tech President hotel has an excellent location, clean and well equiiped rooms, free Internet connection, a nice breakfast spread, and did I mention excellent location?... I had a five nights' stay in March 2007, and enjoyed the hotel and helpful staff. The only drawback: real bad coffee at breakfast - had to run to the nearby Starbucks every morning.
