"Solid Nice Hotel"
Stayed here for one night on a quick business trip to Boston. When I arrived a room was not available (got in around noon), so I went to the restaurant for lunch. No one was there but I had a very good meal---food is above average. The front desk called me on my mobile to tell me my room was ready. Was upgraded to a room that had a panoramic view of the area--very nice. Went to the restaurant for breakfast in the am and the buffet was very good. A quick walk thru the Sheraton to Copley plaza and cab service is quick. Would recommend a stay for business

"very satisfied"
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel after having a less than stellar experience at another Hilton. I checked in late and the woman at the front desk was very friendly, got me checked in quickly and gave me toothpaste free of charge (darn FAA restrictions!). The room (on the 24th Hilton HHonors floor, despite my not being a member) was spacious, spotless, and had a great view. The bathroom was large and included a bathrobe and free bottled water. I had no complaints whatsoever. When I checked out (at 4am!) the young man at the front desk was polite and courteous, and made sure I got a cab to the airport.
The staff was always friendly and even directed me to a computer where I could check my email free of charge. I ate in the hotel restaurant once for breakfast, and while it was a little overpriced (to be expected) the service was quick and the portions were a decent size. I also ordered from room service once and again, everyone was polite and service was reasonably fast. The food was not spectacular but was not bad. I would recommend eating on Massachusetts Avenue, as there are a number of good and cheap options there.
Overall, I think this was a great experience and it raised my opinion of the Hilton brand considerably.

"Great hotel."
Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member we are always upgraded to a beautiful room and get free breakfast, which is excellent. The rooms I have stayed in have amazing views of the city with panoramic windows. It is in a great location and easy to find if you're not that familiar with the city. I highly recommend it.
