"One for your little black book...."
Yep, I did it again, booked my hotel and then looked at trip advisor and was really kicking myself, if my booking at this hotel hadn’t had cancellation charges I would have instantly cancelled it.
Well, I was really glad I didn’t cancel.
Having stayed at previous hotel chains i.e. De Vere, Marriott and Holiday Inn and other Hilton’s, this hotel blew them all away.
On arrival the staff were conscientious and prompt, the room was spotless, food and livingwell were again faultless. I can always find some fault in any hotel I stay in, however I can honestly say, that my stay at this hotel was faultless. Even to the degree that we were called in our room to ask if everything was ok. They even offered a genuine express check out service.
This hotel is definitely one Hilton at makes you feel first class….
