Hotel rooms were clean. Reasonably priced (160). Great location. Pool was warm, plenty of chairs by the pool.

"pleasant stay"
We stayed in this hotel over the spring break week. The lobby and restaurant are pretty and the pool area was very nice with a tiki bar, pool and a large hot tub. The room was average but clean. The bathroom was small but also clean. We ate at the breakfast buffet 3 out of our 4 days since we had coupons from points accumulated as a gold member. |

"Great Place to stay when visiting Universal Parks"
We visited Orlando over spring break 2007. We had a reservation at another hotel in Orlando and 10 days before our trip discovered tripadvisor.com and checked out the hotel we had reservations at and was shocked at the comments. Our travel agent recommended the Hilton Garden Inn and we checked it out on this website and found nothing but compliments so we went ahead and changed our resevation. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. The rooms were not only clean, but well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We used their restaurant facilities for both breakfast and dinner and found that all our meals were above average. The entire hotel staff was friendly, helpful and always had a smile and a hello as you passed through the hotel. We used the pool and hot tub which was to our liking. The hot tub was nice and warm and we looked forward to soaking in it after a full day of walking the parks. Transportation to and from the parks was on time and convenient. When we arrived at the hotel we had noticed the time on the clock radio was wrong and when we went down to breakfast we notified the front desk and by the time we went back to our room which was less than 45 minutes later, it was fixed. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and to any of you out there!
