"Lovely hotel and next to airport" Stayed here to attend a function and it wa lovely, check in easy and good service, rooms were lovely and given wine and chocs due to having diamond hhonors card as well as an upgrade. Next to airport railway station and within 10 min walk to all terminals. Did not eat at this hotel so can not comment on food although impressed with standard of service and how clean the rooms were. Stayed also on a reward night so did not pay for room - although think the room rates are reasonable.

"Great hotel - even by Hilton standards" Before flying to India we were due to stay the night at the Britannia Airport hotel. (If you want some idea about this horrible hotel then just look at the reviews). Running screaming from the Britannia we drove around the airport and saw the Hilton. My partner ran in to see if they had a room for the night and could arrange parking for us. They sorted us out straight away. Very competitve rate. Room was lovely. Carpark secure. Food in the bar was huge - if a bit pricey! The next day we weren't due to fly out until 6 o'clock, one quick call to reception and our check out time was extended until 3pm - for free! Very easy, hassle free transfer to the airport, and on return we phoned for the pick up and they got there in 5-10 minutes. Car was fine and waiting for us back at the hotel. Staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again or recommending it to friends.

"good start to holiday" stayed here in june.Found the hotel on the holidays extra website as it was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel and less confusing.We paid an extra £15 each for the evening meal and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was.We were advised that we could choose whatever we wnated from either the a la carte or the set menu to the value of £29.95 each.The choice and quality was a very high standard.There was a very large quantity of tea coffee and chocolate in the room ..far too much for one night ! and the toiletries were high quality too.We found the hotel to be peasant experience especially as we had an early check in.I would recommend this hotel again but would also look around too as I have just booked Bewleys for £60 cheaper.
