"Wonderful weekend in South Wales"
We have just returned from a weekend break in Newport, and we don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the courtyard area was lovely to sit out in of an evening. The staff were absoloutely fantastic and could not do enough for us, they all had really good local knowledge and were able to recommend places for us to visit, which is very handy when you only have two days! I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming for a short break, and I'm looking forward to my return visit in October!

"Great Time"
We had an excellent time at the Hilton Newport this weekend. The welcome at reception was lovely, the food in the Restaurant, and the service, was superb. Our room was very clean and larger than normal. We met group of guests golfing and they were having 'fantastic' weekend. The staff are really friendly and could not do enough for us. Even though they had two weddings in.

"Absolutely Excellent"
Stayed there for Christmas. Staff excellent and meals fantastic. I let them know in advance that I have food allergies and the catering staff went out of their way to ensure that there were meals especially prepared for me. Staff very professional and the room we had was a very good size. Thoroughly recommend this place.
