"comfort, cleanliness, concierge services"
Hilton Paris was absolutely first rate: comfort, cleanliness, concierge services. The room was lovely and more spacious than we had anticipated. We loved the location as it allowed for a lovely walk along the Seine or Paris streets to every single sight we wished to see.

"staff was wonderful and helpful"
Hilton Paris's staff was wonderful and helpful. Rooms are spacious, at least for Parisian standards. A normal bathroom with a full-size bath was very welcome. Beds are good. Complaints about noise were compensated appropriately.
Rooms are rather outdated, renovations are necessary. The hotel is quite noisy, my bed was shaking from a party at the ground floor until 2 in the morning.

"Perfect Location - Nice Amenities"
I stayed at the Eiffel Hilton in Paris on Aug 5th and Aug 16th.
The hotel could not be in a better location sitting less than a block from the Eiffel tower, even less to the "jump on jump off" tour bus in Paris which takes you to all major sites for around $25 Euro, Ave Suffren has many cafes to eat all your meals, and if you exit the hotel and turn right, then right, then right again around the corner, you have an ATM as well as little grocery stores along the way all within a block.
Adding to the professional service provided by the HIlton and the fact you can get a room with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower, for around $50 more than the Hotwire rate of $129 per night, how can you beat this hotel?
I LOVED Paris and will go back again and always stay at this hotel.
I recommend eating at the first cafe when you go right on Ave Suffren which had great food and great service. The Cafe "38" which is further down on the right did not have as good quality food. For breakfast, the cafe going left on Ave Suffren, probably the second cafe on the right side of the street had a nice breakfast with eggs ham bread juice coffee for 11 Euro. That was a great deal.
Europe is insanely expensive. Not sure how those people survive with those prices. You can pick up Eiffel souvenirs right in front of the tower from street vendors and negotiate eiffel keychains as low as 3 for 1 euro, crystal towers which light up in multi colors for as low as 5 euro.
Oh yes, and right across the street from the Eiffel tower, you walk down stairs along the river Seine and get on a cruise, I enjoyed the night cruise which was beautiful, for only 10 euro.
What a CITY, what a hotel, what a location. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. some rooms were newer and some older. those with a view were older, but who cares. also, you will need to ask for a u.s. power converter, i could not get my 3 power kits to work well in Paris or Italy. ENJOY!!!

"Great Location, Great Staff, Geat Time"
My wife, daughter and I stayed for a week at this Hilton. The location was great being a block from the Eiffel tower which our pre-teen loved. One block to metro and two blocks to RER station got us anywhere in the city (and to Disneyland Paris and Versailles) very quickly. Rooms were smallish compared to US hotels but large compared to the Marriott we stayed in the week prior in London. Front desk was efficient and polite and conceirge desk was helpful and patient (if a bit understaffed at times). Housekeeping always met our needs for towels, iron etc. We ate one night at the resturant on site and was a little dissapointed in the food however service was excellent. Wish they had coffee/tea in room and an ice machine but we survived with room service. Try the little pastry/sandwich shop around the corner on Ave de Suffern for breakfast or sandwiches to go. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for clearing up any misconception that Pariseans are unfriendly to Americans!

"Typical Good Hilton Standard"
I booked this using Hotwire, so got it for a good rate (thanks to ---.com, I was fairly certain that I would get this one).
It's close to the Eiffel Tower, but my room faced the other direction, and I'm not sure that you could really see it from the other side of the hotel anyway.
The reception staff was very friendly when I called a week earlier to reinforce my need for a non-smoking room and to let them know I was a Gold member of the Hilton Honors program. They were effusively helpful at check-in, my room was upgraded to executive level and was non-smoking.
The room was fine, somewhat dated but well maintained. The quality was at the level I expected from a Hilton (based on their North American hotels).
The Executive Lounge is nice, but I wouldn't pay much extra to upgrade to an executive room just for that.
The location is within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Despite what some other reviewers have said, I never felt uncomfortable walking around there, even alone at night (I'm a man, I won't presume to speak for women).
If you've stayed at a Hilton, you know what you'll get here.

"What incredible views and service!"
Stayed at this hotel using HHonors points. Check in was a snap we were shown to an Executive room with Orchids a note and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Even a rose in a bud vase in the bath. I do not know if everyone gets this or not. I am a Hilton Diamond so that may be the reason. Whatever the reason it was a great touch!! The rooms are big by european standards. We had double windows which opened (would be nice in spring) with an amazing view of the tower from our room. The concierge lounge was great. Had breakfast there each day and drinks in the evening after touring and before dinner. Good location had meals in several bistros and restaraunts nearby. The hotel itself is showing its age. The staff, particularly Concierge and front desk cannot be beat! We actually sat near on of the concierges at a bistro and he had champaign sent to our table. The location being 5 min walk to RER and Metro and 3 minutes to the tower are hard to beat. The tour boats dock 5 min walk from the hotel as well.
