"Loved the hotel"
We had an excellent two night stay at the hotel. Booked on Hilton.com and advised of my anniversary. Received an e-mail back almost immediately. We were upgraded to executive rooms which also entitled us to free use of the executive lounge, with its free drinks and snacks. On arrival there was flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. The staff here were very friendly and approachable, no complaints.
On the first evening we ate in the main restaurant. Both the food and the service was excellent.
The hotel is located a little out of the main tourist centre but its only about a ten minute walk. Highly recommended.

"Easily my favourite Prague hotel"
I've stayed in Prague dozens of times on both business and leisure trips, and always try to get a room here if I can. Obviously I like the rooms and the food, but for me the killer features are the friendliness of the staff, the excellent fitness facilities and the executive club room. Good to discover here that the gym is now free for guests, I just hope they have the same lovely girls on reception - they always make me feel so welcome and I'd be looking for excuses to get time at the gym whenever possible which is somewhat unusual behaviour for me. I also highly recommend the swedish massage if you've had a stressful day.
True the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the central tourist areas, but it's a perfectly pleasant stroll, and on the few occasions I've felt lazy enough to take a taxi it only cost a few euros.

"Excellent hotel, Excellent service"
From first contact with the hotel, through check in, to queries about restaurants and tours, breakfast, snacks, the clubroom everything was top notch, all for fantastic value for money.
The hotel is no more than a comfy ten minute walk to the old town centre and it has all the facilites you would expect from a top hotel, including a restauarant which cooks one of the best steaks I have ever had.
The staff really make this a quality place to stay, and I could not criticise one of them, however a special mention to the waiting staff in the Czech Grill who decanted the wine beautifully, something you rarely see in hotel restaurants. Also the staff in the clubroom, who were friendly yet not over bearing.
