"Superb hotel" Just arrived back from the Hilton Rhodes Resort 14.7.04. What an absolutely fantastic holiday we have had courtesy of the Hilton. Delightful rooms which were well furnished and very clean with a superb bathroom with a very good shower - unusual in Greece! Again very clean. We had a room with a sea view and what a view we had over the pool and looking towards Turkey. The food was very good, plenty of choice of salads, main meals and sweets, no problem for vegetarians. Just occassionally this was a little bit on the cold side. The dining room was again clean and very well staffed. Down by the pool there were plenty of sun beds and parasols and also quite a number of trees which we were grateful for as the temp was reaching the 40's and the shade was very gladly appreciated. On the beach again, plenty of sun beds and parasols which you did not have to pay for! The staff at the hotel were very obliging and helpful and could not do enough for you, even the staff down at the beach did what they could to help. I would definitely consider going back to the hotel and would highly recommend it to young and old alike as the age of the holiday makers was very varied. All in all a very, very enjoyable and very relaxing holiday. Worth every penny we paid.

"Fantastic what more can I say" We were booked under the name Robinson, my maiden name. we were there for our honeymoon, on arriviing at the hotel at 4am we were greeted by cheery staff, we went to our room, which I must say was fantastic. Within 5 mins there was a knock at the door and there stood a porter with a bottle of champagne for us courtesy of the management, what a fantastic touch and a great start to our honeymoon. During our stay all of the staff without exceptioon were fantastic. We loved it so much there that we are returning on 11th August 2004. I would reccommend this hotel tooo anyone wanting a stress free relaxing holiday.

"Great Hotel - Great Holiday" Just arrived back from the hilton hotel, we stayed from 28/7/04- 11/08/04 what a fantastic hotel, we had a room with a sea view from which we could see turkey, i would recommend paying a supplement for a sea view or you may be facing bushes or a brick wall. all the saff in every department were all very friendly and helpful. the food was excellent lots of variey to suit all. the whole of the hotel was airy, clean and well maintained. there was no getting up at the crack of dawn to get sunbeds as there was plenty around the pool and the beach (all free). i would definitely return again and recommend it to all age groups. julie john & ashley (14) Hereford

"Rhodes Hilton Resort, Ixia" We are just back from Rhodes on 18 August 2004. We had a family room at the Hilton for 7 nights, an absolutely lovely hotel. The children really loved it and used the internet cafe quite a bit. The pools and terrace areas are marvellous. We had a room with a seaview, plenty of space and great bathroom. Staff really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantiastic, plenty of variety and plenty of it. The only reservation I would have is with regard to half board and the evening meal, food was not great - a lot of mushy stuff, for a 5 star hotel I did expect better quality. But all in all a lovely hotel and would definitely go back again. Rhodes - just fell in love with it.
