"Perfect in every way!"
I couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel. First, the location at the airport. Second, the variety of food and shops in the airport itself made dining delicious and easy, including the fact that the restaurants are open 24/7. Third, the hotel was clean, comfortable, classy and offered a wonderful lunch, including complimentary champagne. The double room had every necessity and comfort one could want. It was quiet, which was a big plus. Fourth, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful and even spoke some English. I don't understand the below reviews about hotel understaffing and no food at the airport! This hotel was worth every euro spent, and I recommend it highly.

"Nice Place, Free Shuttles to Rome"
This Hilton hotel was really nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to downtown Rome every hour (don't get a taxi - at 60 eu, the free shuttle is the best way to go). Really liked the fact that we had a gym and pool for our use. Only problems we had was that our toilet wouldn't work and our key wouldn't open the door - but maintenance staff was right on it and promptly fixed the problems.

"An oasis"
This was a last minute decision to stay at the Hilton at the airport. You see, we had booked a hotel on Via Nazionale in anticipation of spending a week in Rome on our honeymoon. We arrived at the Termini train station after the train ride from the airport into the city, and tried to find a cab to take us to our hotel. Sadly, we weren't good enough for the cab drivers, who told us to walk the 600 meters to our hotel. I presume they wouldn't take us because it was too close, but after a long flight and with luggage, walking in an unfamiliar city that looks and feels rather 'rough' was not what my new wife and I were looking for. So we went back to the airport and changed our flight bookings to leave much earlier than we had planned on. The reason for all of this commentary is so that you know that when I say that the Hilton was an oasis in a desert, you know what I mean. They really helped my new wife and I perserve our honeymoon happiness after a frustrating, tiring, and disappointing day. The employees at the hotel were the first friendly people we met in the country.

"Nice way to end our vacation"
We booked our last night here because our flight back home was at 7:00 a.m. best decision of the entire trip. Great rooms and similar to the ones back home. Nice shower and nice restaurant. Good customer service (possibly because it's an American chain) and easy exit from Italy.

"Excellent hotel"
The basic rooms have all the comfort you need and are well kept. The bathroom are covered in rare and cozy marble. The check in staff was extremely polite and the free shuttle to Rome was great. We had a great rate of Euro 127.00. If you have an early flight as we did,this is the place to be .
