"Can't Wait to Return"
Me and my fiancee arrived at this hotel at 10 pm so we were very tired, but the hotel staff were amazing. Our room was without a view and as they had no twin roooms with a view free they upgraded us. We were able to use the executive lounge and eat loads and loads of free food and drink!!! The pools outdoor were not open but you could tell that they were fantastic and the indoor pool made you feel like you were in a Roman Bath. The restaurant was also nice, the only problem was the small hike into the village but the hotel was so fabulous that you didn't need or want to leave!!!

"Relax in paradise"
I recently returned from 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. Being at the end of March the weather was warm and the tourists had not yet invaded. We had a wonderful room on the 6th floor overlooking the Bay of Naples and access to the Exec Lounge which was marvellous with a roof top terrace and great views. Food and drink were superb and the service charming although breakfast was a little hit and miss that was oour only dissapointment. Take a walk in their citrus grove with oranges and lemons growing on the trees, well worth a visit!

"Top-Notch Hotel"
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in March 2006. We had a wonderful experience. Front desk at check-in was great, with an escort to our rooms by the manager. Our rooms were on the first floor with a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius beyond. Rooms on the higher floors would be even better. Rooms in the back (by the hotel entrance) would look at a huge stone cliff and should be avoided unless substantially cheaper. We found the walk to Sorrento no problem (about 10 minutes, moderately uphill coming back), but there is now a very clean looking bus that stops at the hotel (1 euro) for those who don't want to walk. The indoor pool is one of the nicest I have seen anywhere. As another reviewer has said, it reminds one of a Roman bath, and is huge and uncrowded, with great lounge chairs and plentiful, luxury towels. It was not quite warm enough to use the outdoor pool when we were there, but it looked very nice. Breakfast in the executive lounge was very good, and the view was stupendous. The rooms are clean and spacious, with colorful decoration that is nice enough but nothing special. The room safes were small. All rooms have a balcony with large sliding glass doors. The baths were large and well-appointed. The hallways do echo and when the doors shut it can sound like a gunshot up the hall. Some carpet on the hallway floors would help this a lot.

"fantastic value"
we honeymooned here and had a fabulous time, we paid a bit extra for an exec room and half board and it was worth it- the bar in the exec room is FREE all day and the waiters encouraged us to have as much wine/beer/snacks as we wanted. The views over the town and bay across to Vesuvius are unparralleled in the town and all the restaurants have panoramic views. The staff are really friendly and the food is great. We'd go back. We booked transfers with an english speaking driver- gianpiero fiorentino and it was cheaper than the hotel one!! he's on the sorrento tourist site.

"magnificent view from the large balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples"
What can I say about this hotel? Myself and my wife stayed in the Hilton Sorrento Palace Hotel from the 17 of January for a two night stay and I can't wait to go back again. It is truly a most wonderful hotel! Our superior room on the fourth floor ( upgrade, Hilton HHonors Gold Vip Member ) was immaculately clean with high quality furnishings and a magnificent view from the large balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples. The foyer and lounge extremely spacious comfortable - elegant and very stylish. Professional and very patient staff, from the concierge to the chamber maid. The hotel serves a beautiful breakfast in a magnificent modern room, on the sixth floor (again ,courtesy for Gold vip members). The dinner was very fine cuisine too. The situation of the hotel (about a 10 minute walk from the town centre) was ideal. The views from most parts of the hotel are truly stunning. Having your breakfast overlooking the bay of Naples with Mt. Vesuvius as a back drop is nothing short of spectacular! The service is second to none, the staff are so friendly you'd think you were a local who they'd know all their lives. The negatives about the hotel? Well we couldn't find any. A great place for families or couples alike. Go there and find out for yourself, I bet you have as good a time as my wife and I did. Arrivederci Hilton Sorrento Palace !!!!
