"Well Done St Anne's Manor - Ideal"
My husband and I were married on the 9th September 2005 in Las Vegas, when we got back to the UK we decided that it would be a good idea to have a Wedding Party for all the family as no one attended the actual Wedding, for a venue we checked out several options in the local area but after much deliberation decided on St Anne’s Manor Wokingham. Although I check this website for any hotel stay I was very surprised at some of the comments previously posted – however after speaking with the Wedding Co-Coordinators at St Anne’s we decided to stick with it.
I am so glad we did, from the very moment we booked and paid our deposit everything went smoothly, we were shown around the hotel on several occasions and given regular updates on the refurbishment of some rooms one of which was the bridal suite where we were to spend the night and were constantly updated on all aspects ready for the big evening. On the day of the party we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon along with our children and grand children and used the facilities to the extreme. We were greeted by the on-call duty manager who showed us the room where the party was to be held to check that it was set up to our satisfaction she could not do enough to help also advise on all aspects. When it came to the evening there were several members of staff on hand all the time asking if all was OK and if there was anything we needed. It could not have been a more stress free enjoyable evening; considering we had a live band (9 members) and a disco we found there was plenty of room for all our 150 guests. The food was fantastic and the bar great – the kitchen staff took away the cake cut it and presented it for our guest in the most delightful way. All in all we could not fault the hotel in any way from the moment we booked to the moment we left after breakfast on the Sunday. On speaking with our guest who stayed at the hotel for the night they we more than happy with every aspect of there stay and all enjoyed the experience immensely - we would not have changed a thing WELL DONE ST ANNE’S MANOR STAFF - I would recommend this hotel to anyone for there wedding or just a weekend break.

"Great place to break away!!!"
Arriving with high levels of stress from London, I was welcomed by friendly staff on a Friday night. The restaurant, The Orangery, had a great selection on their buffet, from a wide selection of salads, excellent roasts and amazing deserts.
The fitness centre is a place to relax. Run all your stress away and relax in the pool.
Loose yourself in the gardens and forests, for it is truly relaxing.
In short it is great place to break away and to refresh!!!
