"Great experience"
Great hotel, the service is impeccable and the staff very friendly. The rest is at Hilton's standard of quality perfect ! This hotel is 2 minutes from the skytrain, you can be downtown in 10 minutes.

"Great Hotel"
On a nine week tour of North America from Australia this hotel was the nicest one we stayed in. While it is located in Burnaby and not in downtown Vancouver there is a rapid train system nearby. We really appreciated the large size of the room with all the amenities you need. Service was excellent and hotel was quiet and very clean. We obtained a great price on the internet and it had free internet access for those of us travelling without a laptop. Parking underneath was an added bonus and the shopping centre just over the road was also great

"Really enjoyed staying here"
Having deliberately tried to book outside of the centre to take advantage of lower prices for our weeks stay, we couldn't have chosen any better than the Hilton Burnaby. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely breakfast in the Exec lounge, with particularly attentive staff made the stay a very memorable one. With rapid access via the incredible skytrain only 5 minutes walk, we were more than able to do the 'tourist' bit with our 3 year old, who loved the experience of standing at the front of the train and watching the city loom into view from a distance. The hotel pools as previous reviewers have said are incredibly tiny, however as with all things, if you are on your own at the time then they suffice, just try and pick off-peak times! I guess the last highlight of this location is the enormous mall opposite, with late night starbucks, chapters, et al to while away the time when you get bored. Would we stay here again -absolutely!

This is a great hotel, and we loved every minute in the hotel and in Vancouver. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and quiet and the rooms are of the standard one would expect from the Hilton Brand. The location is excelllent with lots of places to eat nearby

stayed here for 2 weeks, location was good for access to metrotown. a huge mall, and for the skytrain. we were able to negotiate a very good rate with the accomodations manager and enjoyed executive room on the 18th floor. hygiene was brilliant and all mod cons included i.e. internet and local calls free. Nice bar with wonderful, knowledgable staff. Restaurant was superb and front of house staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellant for buisness pursuits but u definetely need a car if u want to sightsee. Enjoy local restaurants of about 3 star quality within 5 min. walk.
