*** Hilton Washington has embarked upon a $140 million landmark restoration project, and in early 2010, the hotel will complete a monumental, top-to-bottom transformation of guest rooms, meeting space, lobby and restaurants. The hotel will also debut a dedicated lobby-level meeting center and an impressive new exhibition space.
As part of ongoing $140 million landmark restoration project, current efforts involve ongoing guestroom renovations in isolated sections of the hotel and intermittent activity on the outdoor Terrace Level grounds. The Executive Lounge is closed until early 2010. The pool and on-site Health Club are also closed and will reopen in mid 2010. An upscale, neighboring fitness facility is available for guests' use.
