* Hippo Hollow Country Estate is a thatched lodge with 37 thatched semi self-catering chalets (19 garden chalets, 18 family chalets) and 26 hotel rooms or 28 deluxe rooms, which either overlook the picturesque gardens with its two swimming pools or the mighty Sabi River.

* Each of the chalets are semi-self catering with twin bed accommodation and 19 of the chalets have a loft area with twin beds. The chalets have wooden decks and consist of a gas braai and kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.
