"Very good for the price"
My wife and I stayed there in April 2006. It is a very nice, clean hotel on the outskirts of Mestre. The staff is very courteous. A bus stop iis very close to the hotel which gives a nice ride to the bus terminal in Venice which is located right next to the water busses that are on the Grand Canal. I recommend this hotel for its very good value and will stay there again.

The front desk could speak English well, friendly and helpful. Just took bus no 15 from airport and got off at Via San Dona. Or took bus no 4 from Piazza Roma (Venice island). Each bus costs Euro 1. Then walked to hotel (about 5 mins walk). . It would better if you asked people how to get to the hotel from the bus stop. The hotel rate was pretty good for 3 star hotel. I would recommend you to stay there if you wanted to stay in Venice Maestre.
