"great hotel"
Nice hotel, great location and has all the comforts of a Holiday Inn. Big rooms, clean and has great food. I truly recommend the evening buffet, very good value for money and it was the best food i had throughout our stay in Thailand. The breakfast was good too but didn't have enough time to thoroughly enjoy it he he. Next to the underground tube station but easy walk into the centre. The taxis are so cheap that i wouldn't bother walking through all the fumes and humidity. Tuk tuks are great fun too. Miracle we are still alive but definetely worth it. We were 4 girls with a whole load of shopping on ONE tuk tuk...imagine he he. Swimming pool on the 5ht flr..didn't go there, we were too busy shopping and having a Thai massage...a MUST! Have fun!

"A relaxing experience"
my summer vacation wouldn't have been half as relaxing if my friend and i hadn't stayed in Silom Holiday inn. It was a great experience. it wasnt just the perfect location, bang in the center of the city, but also the hospitable service. Everything was well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and polite. the rooms were very comfortable and pretty. the thing i most enjoyed was the spa. it was not too grand but it had great service and was located within the hotel. their restaurants were also very good and i got to taste some delicious thai cuisine. it was close to the shopping malls and the night market so commuting was also easy. over all i had a lovely experience.

"great place to stay"
The hotel is modern with a great location.The room is nicely furnished.size is ok for couples.it is daily cleaned.Breakfast was great,a wide range of food.location is in the best zone in bangkok.close to the patpong street and lumphini open air shopping market where u can find very cheap items.the hotel is close to the metro station that takes u to different parts of bangkok.,7 minutes walk.I would defenetly stay there when i m in bangkok again.Highly recommended

"Priority Club Upgrade"
We arrived at the Holiday Inn Chitlom to find that the hotel had been fully booked. I am a Priority CLub Platinum Member as well as a Royal Ambassador at the intercontinental next door. To our amazement the manager at the Holiday Inn had switched us to the club floor at the next door hotel (Intercontinental) at no extra costs and the stay was amazing. Top manager and goes to prove the value of enrolling in their priority club even if you don't stay too frequently. You might get an upgrade when they're busy.

"Excellent service. Great location."
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in late October, 2005. Staff extremely helpfull and polite. King size room clean and bed very comfortable. The Sky train station is only a 5 minute walk away. We also walked 10 minutes to the Oriental river boat station. Takes you up to the Palace, Chinatown, etc. for only a few Baht's. And its fun. Hotel is on Silom road, which comes alive each evening with the night market a 15 minute walk down the road. There are a couple on mi-markets right by the hotel. We will stay here again.

"Excellent - would go back anytime!!!!"
This hotel was fantastic...location, decor, staff - all excellent. The hotel looks like a 5 star hotel and the rooms are well built and very clean. The bathrooms were excellent (stayed here twice). The hotel is right next to Chit Lom Sky Train station. From here, I would suggest you take the train to NANA where you will be right in the heart of the hussle and bustle - market stalls, street food, and 100's of Tailors. If you want to get a suit made, I would reccomend Rickys fashin house (got 2 suits, 6 shirts and a pair of trousers for £240). This is locates between Ploenchit and Nana stations. What more can I say. Loved it. Feel free to mail me with any questions. Oh yeh - the CAFE G restaurant is one not to be missed - excellent buffet for brekfast and dinner.

"I love Holiday Inn Bangkok"
Stay for 4 days. Been around many hotels in Bangkok. Best ever. New and comfortable rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location is the best, next to sky train, shopping within walking distance. Definately my hotel for the next BKK trip. Note: hotel just renovated, very thing is new and clean, modern look. the shower is fantastic. check it out.
