Holiday Inn Belfast is a modern contemporary 4 star hotel. The hotel opened in September 2000 and has 170 bedrooms with air conditioning, power showers, modem access, Playstations and duvets.
The Academy Conference and Banqueting Centre has 10 state of the art business suites, catering for up to 600 people.

"Pay for a 3-star and get 5-star quality"
Stayed here for one Saturday night in August, having booked through gulliver which generally offers good deals. It's really centrally located, much better than its Dublin counterpart which is in a dingy part of town. While while there is no hotel car-park, there is plentiful on- and off-street parking in the area. The rooms are smart, and stylish and the leisure centre well-kept. The only possible drawback is that there appeared to be several hen and stag parties in residence so some rooms might be a bit noisy. Apart for that it comes very strongly recommended.

"Great Hotel, great service"
Just back from a fabulous weekend stay in the Holiday Inn in Belfast. The room we had was spotlessly clean with REALLY comfortable beds and luxurious white linen. The full Irish breakfast has a great seletion and was served with a smile by the friendly staff. The hotel location on Ormeau Avenure is ideal for either shopping or partying. My girlfriend and I can't wait to go back.
