"Nice, pleasant but far from action"
the hotel itself was nice, something that you could expect from a holiday inn. the rooms were not small, and we had a nice view of the city. the continental breakfast was yummy too.
with location, this hotel is located about ten minutes drive from red square but only a minute walk to the subway so it would be wise to take the subway as most taxis in moscow seem to be unmarked and quite scary.
it was my first time to moscow but next time i think i would stay nearer to red square.

"Friendy staff, spotless room!"
I'm pleased to be the first person to review this hotel for tripadvisor. First time in Moscow. Stayed with tour group for 2 nights and we would have been smart to have booked an extra two! This hotel , which opened only a few months ago has every ammenity possible, a spotless room, friendly staff AND as a special treat, real maple syrup available at the brakfast buffet!

"Great stay"
I only stayed one night here, and did not use anything but the room itself. The room itself was very large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. I ordered in breakfast through the room service, which came very promptly, and was hot, yummy and very filling. One thing that I would have changed (I did fill out their commentary card, and hopefully they listened) - bed is made with only one (fitted) sheet, and then it's covered with a down comforter.
I doubt they wash their comforters after every guest, so from a hygiene point of view I would've been much more comfotable if there was an additional sheet. I agree with the previous comments about the
hotel being quite pricy, but I used my Priority Club Rewards points so didn't have to pay a penny for the night, just for a couple
of phone calls, and room service which came to about $25.
