"Well situated"
Holiday Inn in Victor Hugo Boulevard Nice is well situated equidistant from train station and Beach. We booked on the internet and made a great saving. Staff very friendly and helpful.

"Stayed with Globus tour"
Stayed overnight with Globus tour. I loved the location. Only a 10 minute walk to beach and casino. Spent several hours at the sidewalk cafes and shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. One of the best rooms we stayed in out of 11 on the tour.

"Great Service, Great Location!!"
My Girlfriend and I stayed at the Holiday in the first week in August 06. Upon arrival, after taking 2 hours driving from the airport (15 min journey but i got lost!!), we were greeted by big smiles by two very friendly receptionists. They organised the porter to get our car and park it properly (i had abandoned it in frustration a couple of blocks away). They couldn't have been more accomodating (something that is becoming scarce in the "hospitality" sector.
Our room was spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed and had great views of the rooftops of Nice.
The Hotel is v well located about a ten min walk from Promenade D'Anglais. It is situated on Boulevard Victor Hugo, which is one of the main streets in the city. It is a very safe area and we always felt v relaxed walking in the area at any time of day or night.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday in Nice and i would definitely return to The Holiday Inn.

"Truly an excellent Hotel"
After spending some time trying to select a hotel in Nice that would be suitable for a family with two children I eventually hit the jackpot. This is a brilliant hotel for those who wish to be centrally located. This hotel is close to the promonade, shopping and eating areas ( approx 5 mins). It is approx 15 mins walk to the old town and the train station. The staff here were extremely helpful and could not do enough for us. When we arrived we were given an executive room which was a lot bigger than the standard rooms. Breakfast was brilliant. If you get the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed.
