The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the hotel food is moderately expensive for Prague but good. Lastly the hotel has easy access to the metro and Chodov business park.

"Fine business hotel"
I stay this hotel regularly for business trips and it is definitely one of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Okay the staff can be a little abrupt, but hey thats whats it like in Prague. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the hotel food is moderately expensive for Prague but good. Lastly the hotel has easy access to the metro and Chodov business park.

"Clean hotel in Prague"
The hotel was very clean and modern, better then most holiday inn's in North America. Don't be discouraged by the location, it is only 2 subway stops from old town square and was a nice break from the hectic and over crowded tourist area.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of 26 from 1st April. The hotel is very clean, modern with friendly helpful staff. For a four star I was a little disappointed with no leisure centre. That was the only drawback.

: "Nice hotel, reasonable prices"
I stayed at this hotel for four nights in November while attending a conference at the Prague Congress Center. My general impression of the hotel was quite good--the rooms were clean, the hotel breakfast buffet was good, and the service was okay. At the price we paid (104 Euros including breakfast), I thought the hotel was more than sufficient. I didn't have any bad experiences as other reviewers did, and I thought the service here was much better than at the Prague Hilton (horrible service for twice the price), for example. I have only stayed at two hotels in Prague, but I do think that in general, the service is not anything special in Prague, particularly if you happen to be American and used to much better service. Maybe it's the years of communism.... The metro is only a couple hundred meters away and it takes about 10 minutes with waiting to get downtown. Vyserad (sp?) Castle is very close by. There is a gas station with a store at the bottom of the hotel (floor -1 on the elevator and out the doors and to the left) if you want some beers or sodas or snacks.
