This hotel is situated in Cape Town s central business district, within walking distance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre, the train station and most major corporate offices. Nearby there are restaurants (about 50 m), bars and links to the public transport network (roughly 100 m), and shops (some 400 m) Cape Town International Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

This air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises 56 self-catering rooms on 4 floors. The lounge has a fireplace and a selection of local and international newspapers. In addition to a 24-hour reception, there is a bar, a restaurant, a lift, wireless Internet access and a hotel safe.
