This popular beach hotel is ideally situated in an attractive, quiet location in the La Paz district of the town, approximately 1.5 km from the nearest beach. A wide selection of shopping venues, restaurants, bars, and links to the public transport network are to be found in the vicinity. The botanical gardens are also to be found close by and the town centre as well as freshwater swimming baths are a 20 minute walk away.

Renovated in 2004, this hotel features a 2,900 m2 subtropical garden and a total of 209 rooms spread over 6 floors of which 9 are single rooms, 120 are double rooms and 80 are suites. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception and 3 lifts. There is also a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants, a conference room, a public Internet terminal (additional fee applies) and a garage. Guests may make use of the hotel's laundry service. There is a playground available for younger guests in the neighbouring hotel.Guests are able to take advantage of the available facilities in the neighbouring Bonanza Palace and Interpalace. The hotel offers a shuttle bus into the centre between Monday and Friday. From 01/11/07 the guests who has booked on half board or all inclusive may use the restaurant or bar from Boanaza Palace and Interpalace.
