"very clean and friendly"
Having just returned from this hotel, I have to say I was pleased because a few of the reviews had made me worried. We were there in a party of six adults, three in wheelchairs. We were checked into our spacious clean rooms straight away no hassle. We had ground floor rooms to make easy access for the chairs, ramps are everywhere in the hotel so no problems there. The restaurant is very spacious and clean with plenty of choice, should find something for everyone. The waiters were very helpful with us. The pool area is lovely never overcrowded, only drawback we found was the pool bar closed at 5 p.m everyday, lots of people were only just coming to sit out then. There is a breeze most of the time, but you are very grateful of it, it does get very hot. We didnt use the bus that the hotel puts on but it did look pretty regular. The walk to the shops and bars is not bad if you dont have any walking difficulties, about 10 minutes, roads are very quiet.

"Lovely hotel....loved every minute of being there."
This was our first girlly holiday abroad and although we`re only eighteen ..we have quite high expectations already...Hotel Beatriz certainly got our approval.
We had a five hour delay to start off with and so we we`re all feelin a bit tired. As soon as we arrived at hotel Beatriz i realised that my suitcase was missing and that someone from a previous hotel had taken it by accident...but within seconds the hotel staff were very helpful, they rang up the hotel that the passenger was stayin in and got in touch with her straight away, they then arranged a taxi to take me to the hotel in order for me to collect my suitcase.
During our stay at Hotel Beatriz the staff were continually helpful and polite, on many occasions they gave us directions to particular destinations that we wanted to visit and advised us on the best bars and clubs around....which were very good!,....If you decide that you want to go clubbin whilst in lanzarote definately visit Cyotes...unlike england..all of the clubs are free...and they dont close until the last person leaves :).
The rooms in the hotel were immaculate and the cleaners were by far the best iv ever seen, they gave us clean towels every day along with chocolates, which i thought was very sweet.
The swimming pool was extremely clean and was checked regularly each day, and to our amazement we were able to get a sunbed whatever time of day it was. This is very rare as in most of the hotels i have stayed in, there has been a rush in the morning for sunbeds. This is definately a bonus for Hotel Beatriz.
The decor inside Hotel Beatriz is amazing, there are plants everywhere and a massive waterfall in the main bar area, which makes a good background..wen takin pictures :).
I was quite apprehensive at first about going half board, as i love my food and was worried that there might not be enough choice due to previous reviews. However this wasn`t the case at all, as there was a huge variety of food both at breakfast and at dinner, including a spanish favourite `paella`.
Overall i would give our holiday a 9/10 and the only reason iv given it a nine is because it was too short :(......two weeks would have really made it...but i enjoyed every minute there.

"splendid hotel"
ive just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at the hotel, along with my six yr old daughter. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the hotel is very well staffed, with everybody we encountered being very helpful. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The food was great, we are both quite fussy girls, but always found plenty to choose from. The pool area was fab, with plenty of available sunbeds. As there were not many children there, sadly the 'kids club' didnt manage to occupy my daughter as generally she was the only child, but she stayed for an hours drawing - .
Altogether a lovely hotel, we will definatley return, during another school holiday when hopefully there will be a few more young children.
