"Great spot!!!!"
Just returned from 3days in Milan and have to say that this hotel exceeded all expectations. We booked a superior room directly that cost 300 euros fro 2 nights and everything about the room was great. The location is ideal, 2 minutes walk to the duomo. Reccomended restaurants ar Da Bruno, an excellent family owned Trattoria just round the corner; Bagutta which is fantastic...one of the oldest and best restuarnts in Milan (bagutta.it). There are also a couple of great sushi places nearby.

"Excellent Value for Money, Great Location, Super Breakfast"
Our flight back to London was from Milan for our ski holiday in the swiss alps and my wife wanted to do some shopping before going back so instead of flying directly from MIlan we drove from the Alps to Milan late Friday night (arriving in the hotel at 1:30am) and used the next day shopping. I booked a triple room (same price as a double) where they had a queen bed and a sofabed. With two young kids the room was perfect size for our family. The decor is not the most elegant but it's recently renovated and everything is superbly functional with the lighting, bathroom fixtures etc working perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's located very close to the Dome, so it's got an excellent location as well. The room was 91 pounds plus 10 pounds service charge coming to 101 pounds and breakfast was included. Basically the breakfast was better than many five star hotels. Really good quality food, fresh squeezed sanguinello orange juice, attentive staff getting you your capuccino in an instant with a smile.
Overall we were really impressed with the hotel given the price. We hope that all the rooms are similar and other share the same experience

"A great value in a pricey town"
When a professional travel agent told my husband there were no hotels in Milan for under 400 euros a night, I didn't believe it. But it was Fashion Week in Milan and things were indeed very tight. I found Hotel Brunelleschi for 100 euros less, and that included a sitting room and bed for my grownup daughter. What a nice hotel--and a fabulous breakfast. My only criticism--do not ask the concierge for a restaurant recommendation. He sent us to a very mediocre and highly overpriced restaurant. I suspect his tip was not exactly unbiased. But the hotel is in a fantastic location and it is clean, quiet and very pleasant.
