"Good hotel. Good value" My family stayed in this hotel for three night in April. A small clean hotel very well situated at the Rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street and the croisette/beachwalk only a few minutes away. The rooms were quite spacious and had a small sitting aread and a french balcony. The insulation between the rooms is quite poor though so if you get a noisy neighbour you might lose some sleep. I can't remember what we paid per room but it was quite good value.

"Would recommend it to anyone" This hotel was great, my only complaint is that breakfast was not included with the price of the rooms, there was an extra charge of 12 euros per day per person which we did not pay as this seemed a bit excessive, it seems that all hotels in the area have the same policy though so bearing this is mind I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is in a great location, only minutes from the beach, the 2 main streets - the Croissette and the rue d'antibes, and walking distance to the station. It was clean, quiet, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, the hotel was recently renovated so it is modern and attractive inside and outside. The staff were helpful. The rooms also all have air conditioning. There is a Spar very nearby which helps the budget to buy drinks and snacks from there rather than from the very expensive cafes and restaurants in Cannes. The hotel has a deal with one of the private beaches, 10 euros for a day including sunbed and umbrella. I would definately revisit this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in cannes.
