"Good situation, peaceful street"
We were a group of 25 persons from Finland. We were quite satisfied with this nice hotel, rooms were clean, staff quite friendly, the street was quiet, the breakfast was ok, and the situation is perfect. I have been in Paris many times and this was the best experience for me of Parisian ***hotels.

Stayed here 3 nights. Great location close to Cadet Metro which goes to all the right places. Rooms were actually larger than I expected and bigger than another nearby hotel we have used before. All but one of the staff were very helpful - but that is him not the hotel! Fridge but no kettle in the room A good 3 Star hotel.

Good location near "Cadet" metro station. Neat & clean. Not far from Gare de Nord either. Easy walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Lots of little restaurants & cafes around. There is an excellent little Italian restaurant around the corner "Scusi" (9 Rue de Rochechouard). Friendly staff and very good value. Excellent pizzas - if you want a change from the French food. Hotel De L'Ocean is a good 3 star hotel - you will have a comfortable stay here. (No tea/coffee making facilities though).
