"A charming and personable hotel"
Here for the last weekend of February 2004. Arrived during a bad snow storm, luckily the hotel had off street parking. The hotel and our rooms were warm and cosy, the staff really helpful. The manager was a gentleman. He was very attentive and ran after my aunt to insist that she take the last of the hotel umbrellas. Due to the heavy snow, we could not get to our dinner reservations in the centro storico. We ate in the restaurant next door, Ristorante San Luigi, which didn't look at all promising from the outside, but boy was I wrong. But then that's Bologna, fine food everywhere.
