"Loved it"
My wife and I stayed at the Belmont for a night in August 2006, as part of our honeymoon, and loved it.
We took the Eurostar to Gare-du-Nord from London Waterloo, and got a taxi from there to the hotel. This took about 15-20 minutes, and cost us about 12 Euros. You can also take the metro, which will be cheaper, though perhaps not as convenient.
The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel was generally clean, and the room was also nice and cosy, and looked liked the pictures. It had an in-room safe, nice bathroom (with an especially good shower!) and comfortable bed.
The best thing about this hotel is it's close proximity to Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. It's very easy to get around by foot, with lots of great restaurants nearby too (though food in Paris is generally expensive).
I can definitely recommend it though, and would happily stay there again.

"excellent!"
After staying one night in another hotel me and my family, moved to Le Belmont Hotel. Unlike the in front desk of the other hotel, they were very very polite, helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean, not too big but not small at all. The view was nice. The breakfast was tasty. The location was excellent, very close to Champs-Elysées. The price was really worth to this hotel and much more..
