* The lounge area and the breakfast room are particularly relaxing thanks to their French windows letting the sea light through, perfect to enjoy a nice drink before wondering around Biarritz streets where many restaurants awaits you for a succulent dinner. The Tikia (that means "small" in basque, probably for the cosy atmosphere of the place) restaurant that specialises in Basque cuisine is highly recommended. Their brochettes are artistically served with succulent potatoes and the traditional ratatouille. An absolute delight!
