Charming Chateau style hotel in the greenbelt of the city on the Pest side of Budapest.

Hotel LUCKY*** is situated about 4-5 kms from the centre of the town, in the green zone, garden city between the fairsite and the M3 highway, in the direct vicinity of the thermal open-air bath Paskál.

The hotel, with its special architectural solutions, suggest the mood of the old times, its interior with the elegant und rustic furniture provides the atmosphere of intimacy. Its comfortable restaurant, quiet conference hall, its drink bar, terrace and beer-garden meet every requirement.

Hotel LUCKY*** with its 35 different rooms,family rooms with kitchen, air-condition meet any expectation. In addition to businessmen, tourists and travellers in transit can also have top-level accommodation.

The restaurant is waiting for the guests with rich Buffet breakfast in the morning, and with international and Hungarian tastes at noon and in the evening. It offers wide assortment for vegetarians, too.

"Hotel Lucky is well worth a visit"
Hotel Lucky is well worth a visit, it was clean with helpful staff and a ample buffet breakfast but get there before 08.30 as the best choices dont seem to be re plenished. There is a good bus service in to town even the night bus operates from Blaha lutza to the hotel. There is a bar about 200 yards from the hotel with very welcoming hosts

Hotel Lucky is nice hotel. Staff is also of one the kindest I've ever met in a hotel. City center of budapest is reachable by bus and then metro (20 min from the hotel) Berakfast is not so good unfortunately.

For Ł30 per night per room, it would be rude to be negative about the Hotel Lucky. I would put this in the "cheap and cheerful" bracket. It's small, friendly and quiet. Above all it's outstandingly good value. If you want luxury or you want to be close to the action, this hotel is not for you. You'll have probably ended up looking at the Hotel Lucky because it now features on the Easyjet Hotels site and sites like Octopus Travel. As a result of this, you may well be interested on the best way to get to the hotel from the airport and similar tips. So if you can be bothered, read on. We had two small single beds on opposite sides of the room. There was heating / air conditioning and the en-suite bathroom was adequate. The rooms have mini bars and the prices are not at the rip off levels you come to expect in most places. Breakfast was good and we did have dinner in the restaurant which we found enjoyable and very good value.
