"Best kept secret in Paris"
I stayed with my husband at the Marignan for a long week end and we both loved the hotel. Besides the great location (only 2 minutes walk to the Champs Elysee and Avenue Montagne, nice restaurants and cafes) this hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and lots of personal touches. Our room was actually a dublex with a seating area, desk, cofee and tea making facility, additional closet and bath on one level and the sleeping area on an upper level of the room, which made it feel like a loft. The bed was so comfotable and had very nice bedding. The breakfasts were very nice and served in a sunny atrium like room by very friendly staff. Houskeeping and turn down service were excellent and the bathroom (though on the small side) was packed with luxurious toiletries, bath salts, perfumed water, etc.
Our room did not have views and was a bit on the dark side and overlooked an inner courtyard- so be sure to ask for a room with a balcony if it matters to you. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly.

"special occassion"
My husband and i took our daughter for her 21st birthday treat. We found everyone at the hotel more than helpful and willing to help from the minute we arrived. The rooms were very clean and inviting, the little touches are what made it special (turn down service and the wine and chocs) along with a laundry service. The hotel is very close to many of the main attractions however is within walking distance of most of the others. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would return on my next visit to the city. Would recommend a visit to disneyland paris which is just a 35min RER (A) train ride from the area in Paris that the hotel is situated and this drops you off at the park main gates. We found the capital clean. Most of the parisians were very pleasant a contrast from what we were told to expect. They also seemed to appreciate our small knowledge of the language.
