The town centre offers a wide range of shopping facilities and can be easily reached on foot (approximately 1 km). The tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz is less than 40 minutes away by car. The Norte/ Los Rodeos airport is only about 14 km from the hotel and the Sur/ Reina Sofia airport roughly 64 km.

This modern, air-conditioned city hotel has a total of 40 rooms, all on 1 floor. The hotel's amenities include a currency exchange facility, several lifts, and a 24-hour reception.
