"Why only 4Star?"
The hotel is 5months old. The decor is delightful with no expense spared on the fabric and seating. The marble walls and flooring is beautiful. The lifts are external and give a panoramic view as you rise up form the underground garage up ot your floor. The rooms are what you see on the site. BIg bed, flat screen TV and a wonderful bathroom with both a bath and a powershower cubicle. Breakfast is sumpteous and only 10euros. Dinner was wonderful - we were the only people dining that night - and cost only 70euros including wine. Excellent value. Downside is that the hotel is not close to Murcia centre and you need to be prepared for a longish walk or to use taxi or car.

"Beautiful Hotel"
Recently Had a weeks stay at the nelva hotel in murcia, was really supprised when we arrived, Hotel is only 6 months old, still a few things to be finished , not that you would of noticed, All the rooms are finished to a very high sandard and very well appointed, with very pleasing neutral colours and very comfortable. The pool area is beautifully done with an infinity pool and area surrounding is decked and grassed with a tree for shade if all the umberellas are spoken for, sun beds did not have any matresses but towels were provided larger than usual. The bar was like a very large lounge ,very cmfortable, but did not take drinks out to the pool area it was a bit of a treck if you needed a drink whilst sunbathing, the staff didnt speak great english and we didnt speak any spanish but found the staff very helpful and all said that they were going to learn english, we have returned knowing enough to order a meal and drinks. The restaraunt is very modern and comfortable but the food was not so exciting about the only thing that let the hotel down, look out for the verander on the 8th floor situated at the front of the hotel it has views of the city and is very comfortable great place to watch the sun set. Murcia it self is a big city bigger than i was expecting but try not to go in august all spanish have thier annual shut down so lots of shops and bars were closed for the month. we were told by the hotel to visit the cathedral and the surrounding area thats were all the restaruants and bars that were still open were and night life it was great typicaly spanish big sqaures with outdoor eating and drinking very relaxing. It was a very nice break away from the tourist trap i felt like i was on holiday. I would highly reccomend this hotel and murcia even for a short city break .
