"Perfect Location, Beautiful Hotel!!!" Stayed at the Pariz over a long weekend in January. The hotel itself is in a prime position in the centre of the old town - you can walk to anywhere. It is also right beside one of the metro stations for anyone wanting to travel a bit further. The actual building is beautifully constructed in a baroque style, and the cafe Pariz is a lovely place for a chill out. Breakfast was also very good. My only complaint is that people don't really smile a lot. Saying that, I found that to be for everywhere in Prague - but I was a bit disappointed when I asked to use a computer with internet at the hotel which is advertised as part of the business centre and was told that nothing like that exists. All in all, a great place to stay - would certainly go there again!

"very comfy bed in nice hotel" hotel Pariz was a nice hotel with a small but comfortable room. The bed and pillow were very comfy and clean. I didnt love the location as I felt we were so close to a times square type of area overrun with shops selling hideous glass objects and little russian dolls. If the price is right, the hotel is fine. Also, the heat was so hot in the room that we had to sleep with the window open at night.

"Very very Good" Well what can we say about the Pariz We arrived around 2 hours early or our room, the first impression of the service on offer was a little poor as we ended up having to hump our cases up the front steps as there was no doorman on duty. I did notice that later there was so it may have been our own fault for arriving early and it is a fairly small hotel. All of this was put aside by the competent and friendly check in staff who asked us to take a seat for 10 minutes whilst they checked the room was ready. 5 minutes later they came and showed us to our room. The furnishings and finish of the common areas is fantastic, the rooms are perhaps a little more business like but very comfortable none the less. My one criticism of the rooms would be the hilarious sighting of the shower bar, which try as we did always ended up turning the bathroom floor into a footbath. The Cafe de Paris is lovely, with great staff, we would often go in for a nightcap and end up very relaxed at 2am. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty for a hotel, I ate the English my wife the fruit etc and the choice on both was very good as was the coffee. We didnt eat in the Sarah Berhardt restaurant but spoke to guest that had and they thought it was very good. Overall it is a very nice hotel worthy of its star rating without being over the top. Whilst in Prague (which is a city I know very well) we had 2 fantastic meals and one awful The 2 fantastic were at Palffy Palac the one awful at Kampa Park.

"Nice Hotel" This is a beautiful art-nouveau hotel at a great location. Rooms are nice . Room decor is art nouveau style and nice. Internet access was available but was not free (about 32 euro for 24h). The restaurants are very good (dinner for 2 for 120 euro), and breakfast is included. it is quite a setting its early 1900s building.

A luxurious art nouveau dream hotel Perfectly renovated luxurious art nouveau hotel preserving all the charm of past days. Well-located in an elegant part of town not far from the major attractions on this side of the river.
