The 4-star Hotel Park-Villa is superbly situated in Viennas finest residential area. The city centre is only a 12 minutes bus journey away, allowing one the comfort of travelling without stress and hassle.

Hotel Park-Villa is an original Jugendstil-building (Art Nouveau), built in 1888, during the times of the "Belle Epoque". This privately family run hotel offers an excellent service with old Viennese charm and style.

LOCATION

Hotel Park-Villa is superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area, only 10 minutes by bus from the city centre, offering the comfort of travelling without stress and hassle.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* A rich breakfast-buffet, afternoon tea, coffee and cake are served in our salon and garden.

* The hotel has 1 conference room with day-light for 15-18 persons and 1 Art Nouveau-Salon with view to the garden for 18-20 persons.
