Prague Castle Hotel is a small and cosy hotel in the very heart of the historical area of Prague in the Lesser Town. There is a fantastic view of the Prague Castle or the historical buildings of the Czech Government from all the rooms. A leisurely 5-minute walk takes you to the Charles Bridge or to the Old Town Square. The Lesser Town is the area surrounding Prague Castle and the hotel is only about 100 metres away from the Old Castle Steps, which take you directly to the Castle. There is also the metro station MALOSTRANSK� by the hotel.

Prague Castle Hotel offers 17 double rooms, 7 apartments and 2 executive suites. There is a washroom with a bath or shower in each room. The rooms are equipped with a TV SAT, telephone, mini-bar, safe, on-line Internet connection and ironing board.

Prague Castle Hotel offers conference room for 30 people, which is equipped with the necessary technical infrastructure for holding meetings of all kinds. Of course it is also possible to arrange for refreshments or buffets.

LOCATION

The first settlements in the area of Lesser Quarter date back to the 8th century. The town was founded by King Premysl Otakar II in 1257. Originally the Lesser Quarter was called the New Town and later the Smaller Town of Prague. The Lesser Quarter spread rapidly during 1360 1362 when its southern border was moved to the Hunger Wall built by Charles IV. An important factor in the development of the Lesser quarter was the Judith and later the Charles Bridges which connected it to the Old Town and through which led the Royal Mile. Many religious institutions, merchant and administrative institutions were located here. The Lesser Quarter therefore, had a considerable impact on the life of the larger town. Eventually it merged with Prague in 1784. Nowadays the built-up area is formed by historical buildings, clerical buildings and gardens. Among other institutions, the Parliament of the Czech Republic is located here.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

We offer comfortable accommodation in 17 double rooms, 4 suites and 4 executive suites. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with bathtub or shower, TV SAT, telephone, mini-bar, safe and ironing board. All rooms have a WLAN socket for Internet connection, ground and first floor are also covered by WI-FI signal and there is a computer at free disposal of our guests in the reception area.

The majority of rooms (16) offer a view of the Prague Castle and the remaining rooms have a view of the historical buildings and gardens of the Czech Government (Strakova akademie) and a vice-president villa (Kramarova vila) - these rooms have also very large bathrooms with bathtubs.

Buffet breakfast is served in breakfast room on the basement, where you can take a coffee or drink during the day.

Reception with nonstop service offers all usual services. The hotel has an elevator. Parking is possible in nearby garages on J.Palacha square (5 minutes on foot).

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
