"Nice and comfortable" The hotel's exterior is not attractive at all (modern and boring), but the room was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Room had a nice view of the mountains and lake.

"deserve highest marks." this is a fairly chic, modern, luxury business hotel. its true the exterior is somewhat utilitarian, but it has reasonably clean lines. the rooms are very luxuriously turned out, especially the marble baths--mine was exceptionally clean. i did not find the room furnishings particularly shabby or outdated. i had the most basic room and it was reasonably fresh and modern, clean chic and comfortable, and i found the materials fit and finish to be of high quality. the pool area was also very posh and modern. it felt very glamorous there. the pool staff were very helpful in turning out the lounge chairs and fetching drinks, etc. the other common area, lobby and lounge were fairly luxurious with nice decorative touches and materials. the staff was uniformly helpful and nice, and spoke english very easily. they readily gave suggestions for going out, and helped to arrange TGV tickets to paris for us, and had them picked up and waiting at the hotel when we got back from our day. very professional, and what i would expect from a luxury hotel.
