"Grat Overall Value"
The service was 5 star. The hotel clerk even reserved us tickets for a dinner cruise, and went out of his way to find answers to all our questions.
The room was spacious (by french standards), and clean.
The price was reasonable considering the locations. (next to the Arc).
Free internet saved us a lot of time looking up attractions.
Will definetely consider coming back to it and recomending it to our friends.

"wonderful staff!"
hotel experiences can vary so greatly, and i found this one to be superb. this was largely due to the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. all my various questions concerning train schedules, airport shuttles, restaurants, and local points of interest were answered and dealt with easily.
besides the staff, this hotel is located centrally and therefore extremely close to the sights as well as to all forms of public transportation. and perhaps the most important thing: this place is clean! stay here, you won't regret it.

"Excellent Location and outstanding service"
Outstanding stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Great value for money and excellent location. Reception staff outstanding with service (Manuel especially helpful .. thank you for all your answers to our questions etc and helpful suggestions). Highly recommend this hotel to all.

"Love the Tilsitt"
This hotel was excellent. I would highly highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms were nice and clean, bathrooms were spotless. Rooms were always cleaned up on my return.
Staff was very knowlegable and polite.
Again couldnt be happier with service i received.
