Hotel U Veze was built in 1999 to place the old Roman fortress, in a quiet environment Nupaky village, near the castle. It is a pleasant and peaceful family atmosphere.
The hotel offers accommodation in 45 rooms with a capacity of 110 beds and a luxury suite with a sauna and whirlpool bath. All rooms are equipped with stylish furniture, TV, telephone and minibar.
The hotel provides all catering services. The high-level ensure receptions, cocktails, banquets, wedding celebrations and other forms of fast food in the home or garden.The services offered is an organization of entertainment programmes, including the use of their own playground on the mini. |

* Rich buffet breakfasts are served in pleasant restaurant. The restaurant is also at your convenience during day and evening time and offers excellent home – style and international cuisine. At disposal is also an Aperitif bar, a wine cellar for groups of up to 25 people, with wine tasting of archival Moravian wines and specialities straight from the smoke house.
* You can see there a lookout tower, a luxuriously appointed VIP lounge, with a fireplace and three congress halls of various sizes at disposal with a total capacity for more then 200 people. These halls provide complete technical equipment for conferences, training, courses and meetings. Recently was opened a new congress hall for 200 people. Modern technical equipment promises high standard and all comfort. |

"Brilliant - we loved it"
We loved the hotel - the apartment with ensuite sauna and whirlpool / four poster / was outstanding for a '3 star' - we would rate it higher. The breakfast (included in tariff) very good quality and generous. The restaurant meals were both good value and delicious, although slightly let down by the occasional chipped plate/dish!
If you have your own transport the Hotel is ideal for much of the Czech Republic. As a base for Prague via public transport it's for the more adventurous (it suited us). You need to metro out from central Prague then catch the local bus. Allow an hour for this metro/bus trip - and the last bus is at 9 p.m. Taxi would be fairly expensive.
Staff are very friendly, as yet have little English, but this doesn't seem to matter. We got by with our very basic German.
