"Friendliest staff, wonderful room"
My husband, my daughter and I stayed here over Thanksgiving break in 2006. The staff here was great! Very helpful when we had to find cold medication for my daughter, finding a restaurant that would be welcoming to a three year old, where to find a grocery store. Even better, when we arrived from the train station at 9 am, they checked us in! Delicious breakfast, and wonderful room. Not too far of a walk to the underground. I was very happy with my experience here.

"Great Hotel, Fantastic Rooms"
Did Budapest and Vienna last December, used this hotel as our base in Vienna. It's a bit hard to find, travelled from the train station by metro and despite having asked for directions (and speaking German), it took us about 15 min to finally find the right street after leaving the metro station.
I have to say that some of the surrounding streets look a bit, erm, dodgy.
There's a great receptionist from South America who speaks excellent German. As myself and my friend live in Spain and speak Spanish, he was more than happy to help us with sightseeing info, maps, etc.
The breakfast was great, basically anything you could want was there... And the service was with a smile, too!. The only bad thing about the breakfast was that the breakfast room was quite small... I can imagine that it gets crowded during peak season.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Our view from the window was of a big white wall, but that was fine... We weren't staying there for the views!. There was plenty room to hang your clothes too... Very important!.
The lift is really really really tiny... Two people max!.
There were loads of Christmas markets to see and the "Christmas Spirit" was everywhere... I would definitely go back to Vienna again, especially in December. Oh, and there's a great italian restaurant just over the road from the hotel... I forget its' name, but the food was really good and quite cheap!.

"Great stay!"
The booking process went smooth and when we got to the hotel, there were no problems whatsoever! We arrived earlier than the recommended check-in time, but still got our room. We were given a lovely room - there was so much space! The bathroom is clean and big - I was extremely happy about this because I am very picky when it comes to hotel bathrooms. Breakfast. It was very filling. I enjoyed it. The station is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and very easy to find. This is a good hotel because it's clean, has quiet surroundings, has recently been renovated and the price is just right! --this is a late review, but I only found out about this website and thought that this hotel deserves good feedback--

"Very Clean, Convenient and Friendly Staff"
My friends and I were traveling to Vienna from Thailand. The price weren't the cheapest but you get the quality hotel from the money that you pay.
I've stayed at the hotel for about a week, once in April 2005, and again in April 2006. Apparently I didn't hesitate to go back.
Very clean, the rooms were in good conditions. Clean soft and fresh sheets. Bathrooms were in marbles. The maids came in everyday to make room.
The location was convenient, just a 3 minute walk from a super market and a subway station, also very quick access to Airport.
The area was safe and quiet.
I loved the staffs. They were friendly and helpful, especially the young and pretty one at the reception : )!
Email them directly and they will reply very attentively.
Free internet access, they lent us a water boiling pot for free to cook our noodles. Good breakfast buffet, which allowed us to make it secret lunch.
All in all, very nice hotel for this price.
